Ann-Kathrin Welle is a Senior Performance & Risk Analyst at Vår Energi, where she works on improving performance management and leads the development of a company-wide performance and risk management solution – including an AI-based financial insight prototype. With a background spanning business administration, digital strategy, and process automation, she has worked across industries in Germany, Austria, and Norway, driving data-driven transformation at companies including Red Bull and CGI. Her hands-on experience building and implementing AI and automation tools gives her a ground, practical perspective on what it actually takes to move from concept to real-world impact.
